Hamas, 13 Israeli prisoners and 7 foreign nationals as part of a humanitarian ceasefire. Meanwhile, the Israeli army announced that Israeli prisoners are moving towards the Rafah Border Crossing, according to information received from the International Red Cross. Kassam Brigades had postponed the release of Israeli prisoners from the Gaza Strip as a result of Israel’s failure to comply with the agreement terms, which was announced by Qatar’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Macid el-Ensari through social media. Ensari had stated, “Following the talks held by Egypt and Qatar with the parties, the obstacles to the implementation of the agreement were removed. Tonight, 13 Israeli prisoners will be released in exchange for 39 Palestinian prisoners.” The truce, in which 50 Israeli prisoners in the hands of Hamas will be released in exchange for 150 Palestinians in Israeli prisons, went into effect at 08:00 on Friday, November 24. According to the agreement, the released prisoners consist of women and children from both sides. In a press conference, Israeli Army Spokesperson Daniel Hagari made a statement regarding the delay in the prisoner exchange. Hagari emphasized that the Israeli army is committed to the implementation of the prisoner exchange agreement and that they will use all means to bring back the abducted prisoners. He further stated that the Israeli army has been conducting an investigation into the prisoners released on Friday but will not disclose the results. Hagari also added that they allowed the entry of aid trucks into the south and north of Gaza in accordance with the agreement. In a written statement from the Palestinian Red Crescent, it was reported that humanitarian aid from the Egyptian Red Crescent continues to be received as part of the agreement. It was stated that on Saturday, November 25, 187 trucks full of humanitarian aid were delivered from the Rafah Border Crossing between Egypt and the Gaza Strip, consisting of food, drinking water, medical supplies, and medications.
